By joining the Reez affiliate programme you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short. If something is not prohibited here, you may assume it is allowed.

1. What you are promoting

Reez is an AI-companion service for adults only (18+). Conversations are with AI characters and may be sexually explicit. There are no human performers, models, or creators involved.

2. Commission

• 30% revenue share on real money paid to us by users you refer.
• 60 days. You earn on qualifying purchases made within 60 days of the user's first click on your link. Purchases after that window do not earn commission.
• Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, excluding tax and payment-processing fees.
• Credits are not money. Users spend in-app credits to unlock content; that is not a purchase and does not earn commission. Commission arises only when a user pays us.

3. Payment

• Commissions are approved as they are recorded — there is no holding period.
• Payouts are made once your approved balance reaches €200.
• Refunds and chargebacks reverse the commission. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission is withdrawn. If it was already paid out, it is deducted from your next payout.
• You are responsible for your own taxes. You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent, or partner.

4. How you may promote

You are free to promote Reez how you see fit — your own website, SEO, social media, adult sites, reviews, newsletters, or paid advertising you buy yourself.

You may not:

• Promote to, or target, anyone under 18, or use any material depicting or implying minors.
• Use material depicting or implying non-consent, coercion, or trafficking.
• Send spam — unsolicited email, SMS, or messaging-platform blasts.
• Use malware, forced clicks, hidden iframes, pop-unders, cookie stuffing, or any method that generates clicks or conversions a person did not intend.
• Impersonate Reez or AlterEcho Limited, or present yourself as us. You may say you are an affiliate; you may not register domains, social accounts, or app listings that a reasonable person would take for our official presence.
• Make false or misleading claims — about what the service does, who is behind the characters (they are AI, always), pricing, or guaranteed outcomes.
• Refer yourself. Commission on your own purchases, or purchases made through accounts you control, will be reversed.
• Where the law of a country prohibits this type of content, do not promote there.

5. Your data obligations

• We do not give you any personal data about our users. You will never receive names, email addresses, conversation content, or any user identifier from us. Your reporting shows counts and amounts, not people.
• If you collect personal data from your own audience — an email list, analytics, ad-platform tracking — you are the independent controller of that data and responsible for your own legal basis, notices, and consents. We are not a joint controller of it, and it stays yours.
• Do not represent that Reez has endorsed or approved your data-collection practices.

6. Tracking and attribution

Attribution is recorded when a user first clicks your link and is confirmed at registration. Our own records are the source of truth for what is owed. We use a third-party affiliate platform to run the programme; if our records and the platform's disagree, ours govern.

We do not guarantee that every referral will be tracked. Ad blockers, privacy settings, and users clearing their browsers are outside our control.

7. Ending the arrangement

• Either of us may leave at any time, for any reason, with no notice.
• On termination, approved commissions already earned are paid at the next payout that meets the minimum. Unapproved and future commissions stop.
• We may withhold or reverse commission, and close your account, where we find fraud, or a breach of section 4. We will tell you why, and you may respond.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after we notify you at your registered email. Continuing to promote Reez after that date means you accept them. Changes never apply retroactively to commission already earned.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction.
